Registration & Payment
To begin the enrollment process, caregivers must complete and submit the registration form on our website.
- Step Up for Students Scholarship: Families using Step Up are asked to submit payment at the time of registration via the student’s online marketplace portal. This ensures funds are received quickly and securely.
- Out-of-pocket payment: Families paying directly will receive a secure online payment link via email once the registration form is submitted. This allows us to provide a safe and protected payment process.
If spots are available and your child/ren are accepted, you will receive a welcome email with instructions. Payment is due in full at that time to secure your child’s place. For Step Up families, funds will be processed once a spot is confirmed and registration is accepted. Unpaid spots may be offered to families on the waitlist after 3 business days.
Space is limited to maintain a small, connected group.
Waitlist: Any child who applies for a season that is full will automatically be placed on the waitlist. You will not be charged if your child is on our waitlist and we will contact you if a spot opens up for them. When enrollment is full, your child/ren will be notified via email and placed on a waitlist, with updates on any openings that become available.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.
Cancellations:
Refunds are not available. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may receive a credit toward a future program. This policy is in place due to limited enrollment and program preparation, which ensures a high-quality experience for all participants. All cancellations must be submitted via email to boeneramandajo@gmail.com
- Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance. We are unable to offer refunds or makeup days for missed classes due to illness, travel, or other personal circumstances.
- In the rare event that A Wild Home LLC must cancel a class (e.g., hurricane), a makeup day will be offered when possible.
A Wild Home
